A class that involves the fluidity and strength of what it takes to be a dancer. We will equally focus 20 minutes on each section using the knowledge of each exercise to influence the other. Focusing on core, arm placement, spine alignment, and balance. Your core and gluteus, arms and legs will all get a work out without any weight bearing impact.
