Extremely high energy class that will introduce elements of modern dance, using the body to create shapes, using the imagination while incorporating storytelling through the body and learning basic locomotive skills.

Dance Explorers

Ages: 5-8
This class will embark on a journey that inspires the dancer to learn about other cultures and dances from around the world. You will be introduced to different music and styles of movement. This is a very up- beat and fun class that will certainly leave your child excited about the diversity in the world.

Yoga

Vinyasa Flow A moderately paced class that will flow a series of poses together while building strength, flexibility and stamina. You will challenge your mind and body in this class. We will finish with a nice stretch and restorative poses.
Recommend -A good middle ground class for Beg- Adv students.
Class is held in South Redondo on the beach off Vista Del Mar and Esplanade
You will also find us below Miramar Park to the right of the big bathrooms.
Gentle/Restorative Yoga
Promotes a deep relaxation for the body and mind.
A very gentle practice combining a slow flow to warm the body up and longer holds for stretching and twists. This class is rejuvenating and will leave you mentally and physically refreshed. Recommend- A good intro to yoga class.
Vinyasa Flow
A moderately paced class that will flow a series of poses together while building strength, flexibility and stamina. You will challenge your mind and body in this class. Recommend -A good middle ground class for Beg- Adv students.
Athletic Yoga
Combining athleticism with a faster paced vinyasa class. It will incorporate more arm work and will work on inversions, balancing poses and total body strength.
Recommend- For the faster pasted individual that wants to be pushed.
Pilates
Pilates Mat
You will use your own body weight with small and precise exercises that will help to build total body strength, coordination and improve flexibility. You will leave feeling long and lean. You will have awareness for great posture. Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels.
Reformer
A resistance based workout on the reformer that lengthens, stretches and strengthens. It is great for cross training, rehabilitation and working the small muscles that increase stability, strength and range of motion.
Classes focus on the Classical exercises of Joseph Pilates as well as some contemporary adaptations and variations.
