Service Description

Horton- A Horton based modern class with the fundamental preludes and fortifications of the Lester Horton Technique. Modern- A fusion of Horton, Afro- Caribbean , Ballet and Contemporary techniques. Ballet – Classical Ballet. This class will focus on French Terminology, proper execution of port de bra of arms, legs, speed, precision, qualitative movements and artistic expression. The motto is the stage starts in the classroom. Afro-Caribbean – A fusion and blend of Jamaican Folkloric Dance, African, Dunham Technique, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and Samba. A very fun class with high energy music from around the world and a blend of different cultural movement vocabulary. Mommy/Daddy& Me -We explore different types of movement and locomotive skills through imagination, games, songs and music. +18 months and up Creative Movement- Intro to Ballet/ Dance ages 3 and UP We are also able to teach Jazz and Beginning couples Latin Dance/Salsa classes. Private and group classes are available. Studio rental charges will apply.
